A 66 year-old man presents to the emergency department complaining of a sudden onset of progressively worsening severe blurring of vision, redness, and increasing eye pain in his right eye.  He is 4 days stats post uncomplicated cataract surgery in the affected right eye.  On examination, intraocular pressure was much greater than that expected after cataract surgery.  At presentation, his visual acuity in his right eye was limited to light perception only.  Visual acuity in the left eye was 20/40.
